Unless otherwise specified (e.g by documentation provided with the product) the following licence applies to both purchases and free samples provided by Devious Machines.
The samples remains our (Devious Machines) property, or the property of our subcontractor and licensors. We provide you with a licence to use them within musical compositions, soundtracks or similar works in combination with other sounds.
You may not redistribute, rent, publish or share the sounds with others (except as part of a composition), resell them or use them in competing products such as sample packs. Nor may you release a composition constructed to make it easy for others to recover the samples.
You do not have the rights to use the name of the sound pack nor the name of any of the artists who contributed to the sound pack in your work.
