If you want to return your purchase you have 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the licence has not been installed in the product or (in the case of software add-ons) installed onto your system.
Once the licence is installed, the order cannot be refunded.
We recommend that you make use of the 14-day demo of the product before making a purchase.
To request a refund contact us at support@deviousmachines.com and we will refund you and deactivate your software.
If you no longer want your purchase then you can sell your licence to another person. See is it possible to transfer my license.
