Infiltrator's MIDI CC OUT unit may not work as expected. First, try the VST2 or AU (Mac only) plugin versions.

VST3's MIDI doesn't send MIDI CC OUT in every DAW. We are hoping to fix this in the future, but for the time being the VST2 and AU versions are certainly working.

ABLETON ROUTING

How to route MIDI CC OUT in Ableton.

Create a blank MIDI track with Infiltrator.

In Infiltrator, add the MIDI CC effect, then set the MIDI CC controller number to the parameter you want to adjust. Finally, add some shape to the modulation so there is something happening.

NOTE:
MIDI CC numbers have a specific parameter, and it is the same for anything that uses MIDI, MIDI numbers marked as 'unassigned' can be assigned as something else depending on if the software you are targeting supports that. Search online for the fill list of MIDI CC parameters if you are unsure.

I set my number to MIDI CC 10 (pan) and had the triangle shape modulating the MIDI value:

Now, in Ableton, add a new MIDI track. Then go to the mixer window and change the 'MIDI from..' of the new track to receive from your blank Infiltrator track. Finally, record enable the new MIDI track:

Add some note data on your new track and load a software synth. Then you should hear the Infiltrator working the pan.

A limitation to this is the track receiving MIDI from Infiltrator needs to remain record armed (the little red box on the track). This way the MIDI data is updated in real time from Infiltrator. The only exception is if you record the MIDI information onto the track. But then, it will baked into the track, so if you make changes to the LFO in Infiltrator, you will have to rerecord the information. To see the recorded MIDI CC data click on the MIDI clip:

NOT WORKING/WANT TO ROUTE TO SPECIFIC PARAMETERS
MIDI CC may not be supported by some instruments/effects. Look at the product documentation for details about MIDI CC input. The main thing is, when you change the target MIDI CC controller number in your synth or effect, you need to change it in Infiltrator too.
